I have often wondered how history might have been different if
Jesus' disciples had prayed with Him in Gethsemane. He told them, "Watch
and pray, that ye enter not into temptation." But they didn't. Maybe Peter
would not have cut off the man's ear if he had prayed first.

Maybe he would not have denied the Lord thrice if he had prayed.
Maybe astonishing miracles would have happened. What miracle will you never
receive because you didn't pray when you should have?

PRINCIPALS - "The Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil"
Adam and Eve really missed the point. The tree of life was
standing near the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Presumably, if they
had eaten of the tree of life first, they would have lived forever. God did not !want them to taste of the knowledge of evil. They chose evil over life.

Genesis 2:17 - "But of the tree of the knowledge of good and
evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou
shalt surely die."
PRINCIPLES - "Man Evolved?"Just what did man evolve from, if the evolutionists can say? Almost seven billion humans overrun this planet. Where is one "evolving one," a halfway-there one? There should be at least a few million of them if the theory has truth in it. But it doesn't. It takes infinitely more "faith" to believe we happened by accident than to believe God made it all. So who's the fool?

Psalms 139:14 - "I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and
wonderfully made: marvelous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right
well."
PROPHECIES - "The Rainbow"
After the great flood, God made a covenant with Noah and all his
descendants forever that He would never again destroy the world by a flood. He
gave the rainbow as a token and a reminder for perpetual generations. There may
be local floods, but never a massive flood as in Noah's day. It won't be water,
but fire next time
